Avoided Costs Consulting Services

The South Carolina government authority in Columbia is seeking a qualified, independent third-party consultant to provide expert services relating to avoided costs. The agency needs to evaluate avoided cost rates, methodologies, terms, calculations, and conditions for each utility under its jurisdiction. To solve this, the selected consultant must submit an independent report for each utility containing independently derived conclusions and opinions on the utility's avoided cost calculations.
