The Calaveras County Council of Governments, located in San Andreas, California, is seeking a vendor to provide on-call professional services for agency capital improvement projects. The agency is trying to secure planning, environmental documentation and clearance, design, and construction support. Construction support may include federal-aid compliance activities necessary to support funding authorization, reimbursement, and project closeout. The scope of work covers project management for all assigned task orders, including scope, schedule, and budget management, coordination of subconsultants, quality assurance, quality control, and coordination with agency staff and external agencies. The requested services may also include supporting disciplines on a task order basis, such as traffic engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, hydrology and hydraulics, land surveying, and right-of-way engineering and acquisition support. All performance of the work must occur onsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals and has not provided a pre-determined funding limit. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026.
