After School Instrumental Music Program Services

The Salt Lake City School District is seeking a vendor to provide an after-school instrumental music program for elementary students in grades four, five, and six. The district needs a provider that can offer both beginning and intermediate music classes twice per week directly at the school sites. To ensure accessibility, the vendor must have the ability to provide instrument rentals to students as needed and desired. The selected provider must coordinate all classes and concerts in strict adherence to the approved district calendar. While individual schools may combine to ensure adequate student counts to justify the program, the vendor bears the responsibility for developing relationships with principals, parents, and students to market the program. The district and individual schools will assist the vendor with these marketing efforts. Eligible bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located within the United States. The district is seeking budget proposals from interested parties to determine the cost of these services.
