Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report Services

The City of Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a planning consultation firm to assist in preparing its 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. The agency requires professional services to compile and analyze data regarding tables, activity accomplishments, and the number of people served. This report must also assess the progress made toward five-year goals and objectives, address efforts in Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing, detail the leveraging of resources, document citizen comments, and include comprehensive financial reports. The agency limits eligibility for this contract to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite.
