Facility Contractor Services

The City of Westland, Michigan is seeking a facility contractor to provide facility services across all municipal locations. The contractor will report directly to the City's Facilities Director when on site and will receive general access to all facilities requiring service. The contractor must coordinate directly with the City to arrange and schedule any electrical power shutdowns necessary for repairs or the installation of new devices. The scope of work requires offsite performance, and eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contract will span a three-year period. The City is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services. The City will host a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 10, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 19, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally, either via email or through the online system.
