Home Instruction Services

The New Jersey government authority is seeking a vendor to provide home instruction services for students with medical, behavioral, or disciplinary needs that prevent them from attending school. The agency requires the delivery of both in-person and virtual instruction at the student's home or another approved location. This instruction must align directly with the district curriculum and individual education program goals. The selected provider must maintain accurate attendance and instructional logs for submission to district personnel. The scope of work also requires collaboration with classroom teachers to ensure continuity of learning, as well as the submission of progress reports and grades according to district timelines. The provider must ensure strict compliance with all confidentiality and child safety protocols. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. While the instruction occurs at student homes or approved locations, the agency classifies the performance of the work as offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial terms.
