Small Multi-Unit and Multifamily Weatherization Assistance Program Services

The City of New Britain, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide small multi-unit and multifamily weatherization assistance program services. The agency needs to ensure access to a qualified and well-trained workforce capable of installing eligible weatherization measures within the city. To achieve this, the selected contractor must employ or contract with skilled weatherization staff and procure all necessary services, equipment, materials, and supplies through an open and competitive procurement process. The scope of work requires the provider to maintain adequate cyber security measures and a comprehensive data security program to protect all program data. The agency also requires the contractor to participate in Training and Technical Assistance activities spanning organizational, service, staffing, data and technology, and financial expectations. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the contractor must carry out the operations within their own office premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
