Using the approved recommendations as a guide, the consultant must draft an updated zoning ordinance that is clearly worded and organized for accessibility to a wide range of audiences. The consultant will then present the draft ordinance to city staff, the planning and zoning board, the city council, and the public by breaking the document into clear, logical, and manageable sections. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite.
