The Manitoba government authority located in Winnipeg requires investment monitoring and advisement services to oversee its financial portfolio. The agency is seeking quarterly investment performance monitoring and comprehensive investment advisory services to ensure optimal fund management. Through this contract, the agency aims to secure detailed quantitative analysis at both the total fund and individual manager and mandate levels. The scope of work covers relative performance comparisons against a broad universe of comparable strategies and investment managers. The selected partner must provide qualitative assessments and commentary on the performance of investments, managers, and the broader economy. Additionally, the agency requires a quarterly review of the asset mix along with proposed rebalancing actions to maintain compliance with the investment policy statement and rebalancing procedures. The agency also requests assistance in drafting communications to investment managers and custodians to facilitate these rebalancing activities.
