Disaster Recovery Consulting Services

The City of Huntsville, Texas, is seeking disaster recovery consulting services to develop and implement a recovery plan that restores municipal facilities to their pre-disaster condition. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing complex response, recovery, and administrative activities while maximizing federal and state grant funding. The selected partner will provide preliminary damage assessments, guide the city through reimbursement processes for critical infrastructure repair, and manage document uploads within the official recovery portal. The scope of work covers broad-based support for debris operations, emergency protective measures, and public health and safety recovery missions. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States.
