Commercial Irrigation Evaluation Program Services

The North Texas Municipal Water District in Wylie, Texas is seeking a qualified onshore United States organization to provide commercial irrigation evaluation program services. The agency requires these services to identify system deficiencies, optimize water use, and promote conservation across its commercial properties. The selected contractor will perform the work offsite, with the exception of the required physical on-site evaluations. The scope of work spans three distinct phases, beginning with a pre-evaluation to collect property details, irrigation system types, layouts, components, and historical water use data. During the on-site evaluation, the agency requires the geolocation and tagged photos of all irrigation water meters, along with documentation of system components and controllers. The contractor must operate and inspect all irrigation zones, flagging defective equipment with geolocated and tagged photos. For the post-evaluation phase, the agency requires a comprehensive report detailing recommended irrigation schedules, optimized controller settings, a system map, and a summary of findings. This report must also identify required repairs, recommend upgrades, and provide estimated costs for each proposed water conservation measure.
