Comprehensive Zero-Emission Fuel and Environmental Commodity Management Services

The California-based government authority is seeking a vendor to develop, secure, and manage a comprehensive zero-emission fuel and environmental commodity management program. The agency needs to manage Low Carbon Fuel Standard credits generated from on-site electrolysis production and dispensing assets for renewable hydrogen, as well as credits generated from battery electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Additionally, the agency requires supply management for renewable natural gas to maximize federal Renewable Identification Numbers and state Low Carbon Fuel Standard incremental credits. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
