Utilities Management Consultant Service

The government authority located in Alberta is seeking a utilities management consultant to review, evaluate, and report on the agency's current contracts for natural gas and electricity. The selected consultant will also provide market analysis updates on electricity and natural gas, deliver annual utility budgets, and advise on renewable energy certificates, environmental attributes, offsets, and carbon accounting. Additionally, the agency requires the consultant to review, advise on, and facilitate any contracts proposed by energy providers. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in Canada to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place both onsite and offsite over a contract period of five years.
