Student Dormitory Move-In Assistance Service

The California-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide student dormitory move-in assistance services. The agency needs to manage the flow of vehicles and student belongings across three designated unloading areas during the first year of move-in. Area one accommodates up to twelve vehicles simultaneously, area two accommodates roughly eleven vehicles, and area three accommodates roughly twenty vehicles. Staff must greet families as vehicles pull into the unloading areas and provide information about the unloading process. Workers must unload all student belongings into carts, direct students to begin moving in with their carts, and direct drivers to move their vehicles to long-term parking. The agency requires staff to complete this entire unloading and direction process within three to five minutes per vehicle. Bidders must be organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this contract. The agency requires bidders to perform the work offsite. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals from bidders. The agency will host a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 2, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
