The Sacramento County government authority is seeking a vendor to provide periodic, as-needed moving and relocation services at various locations throughout the County. The agency requires the selected vendor to quote each moving project on an individual basis. To ensure accurate pricing, the agency requires vendors to tour the involved buildings and rooms to familiarize themselves with the scope of work and facility limitations prior to submitting any quote. The agency will not accept later claims for additional charges resulting from a failure to consider the complexity of the work or facility limitations. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The physical performance of the moving work will occur offsite at the designated county facilities. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. The agency requires all optional questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
