Nigeria Documentation and Accountability Service

The United States government authority located in Washington, DC, is seeking a vendor to provide a Nigeria documentation and accountability service. The agency is trying to solve the problem of limited safety, skills, and resources for civil society organizations and community members to participate in documentation and accountability efforts, particularly regarding anti-Christian attacks. The agency also aims to address the lack of accountability for individuals, organizations, and institutions that violate religious freedom. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to enable civil society and legal actors to pursue actions that increase accountability for religious freedom violations. The project covers equipping civil society and religious freedom activists with the capability and access to engage regional, multi-lateral, and international accountability mechanisms, including United States accountability mechanisms. All work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
