Cost Allocation Consulting Services

The City and County of Denver, Colorado is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive cost allocation consulting services on a fixed-fee basis. The agency needs to establish accurate indirect cost recovery rates and requires expert assistance in negotiating these rates with appropriate Federal and State agencies. To solve its ongoing financial administration challenges, the agency also requires agency-specific cost plans, fee studies, and continuous updates to improve the quality of its cost allocation plans. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite and must possess the ability to defend their methodology during any inquiries. The scope of work includes attending meetings, making presentations, and offering advice regarding the plans at no additional cost to the agency. The agency is contracting for a three-year period and expects the contractor to deliver special cost plans and other related work for various city agencies. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
