Domestic Violence Liaison Services

The Contra Costa County government authority located in Martinez, California is seeking a vendor to provide domestic violence liaison services for children and families involved with county child welfare. The agency needs a partner to conduct in-person domestic violence risk assessments of referred clients and provide written documentation of risk levels and service recommendations. To ensure safety from potential or future violence, the selected provider must assist family members in developing dynamic and ongoing safety plans. The scope of work requires the vendor to accompany social work staff on home visits to provide consultation and risk assessments based on the home visit interviews. The agency also requires the vendor to attend internal case staffing meetings upon request to serve as a subject matter expert and provide preliminary risk assessments. Additionally, the provider must refer clients to external resources for in-depth domestic violence lethality assessments when requested by the juvenile court. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite in Martinez, California for a contract period of one year.
