Executive Parking Service

The Montgomery County government authority located in Rockville, Maryland, requires a vendor to provide a secure executive parking service. The agency is trying to solve the problem of securing dedicated, accessible, and continuously available parking for its personnel. The contract period for this service will span one year. The scope of work requires the provision of twenty-five parking spaces that accommodate standard-sized vehicles. These spaces must feature electronically controlled access available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The facility must also include Americans with Disabilities Act accessible parking spaces available for general use. Additionally, the agency requires the provision of up to ten replacement access cards per year. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work will take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this service.
