Community-Based Transportation Program Service

The City of Philadelphia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a community-based transportation program. This program must deliver no-cost, door-to-door transportation for up to 500 diverted youth, guardians, and, on rare occasions, community volunteers annually to and from assigned programming. The initiative aims to reduce the number of youth in the juvenile justice system, reduce recidivism, and increase access to high-quality, evidence-informed services for arrested youth. Additionally, the agency wants to improve family engagement, increase access to community-based services, and raise awareness of the two involved organizations and their unique partnership. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will run for one year.
