The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District in Oakland, California is seeking a vendor to provide on-call transit planning services. The agency also requires conceptual design, facility planning, and engineering up to fifteen percent design, which encompasses streetscape, multimodal street, and bus stop designs. Additionally, the selected vendor will handle intelligent transportation systems planning, covering transit signal priority, communications, vehicle-to-everything technology, policy, and passenger information. Data collection and analysis tasks include traffic analysis, transit operations analysis, spreadsheet-based ridership estimates, traffic counts, and on-board rider surveys. The agency also requires public outreach support, including meeting facilitation, visualization, and multimedia or social outreach methods. All performance of the work must occur onsite.
