Street Transformation Service

The government authority located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking planning and engineering design services to transform its streets. The agency requires a partner to develop a comprehensive work plan document and conduct an existing conditions analysis. Through this process, the selected partner will identify needs, issues, impacts, goals, and assessment criteria to establish a preferred alternative for the street transformation.
