Technical Assistance, Training, and Implementation Support Services

The New York government authority is seeking a vendor to provide technical assistance, training, and implementation support services. The authority requires a system that tracks clinical outcomes and progress at both the patient and caseload levels while summarizing patient progress in an actionable way to support treatment. This system must enable efficient psychiatric consultation to allow easy prioritization of patients for systematic caseload review. The scope of work includes supplying reports to program managers and clinical leadership to monitor progress toward goals, processes of care, quality of case, and patient outcomes metrics. The selected vendor must also supply de-identified reports to outside auditors to demonstrate regulatory compliance, intensity of service, staffing ratios, and process measures. Additionally, the project requires maintaining a routine calendar for meetings and scheduling relevant speakers. Programs under this initiative must maintain accurate reporting and case records according to regulation and program guidance. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. All performance of the work will take place offsite.
