Resident Supportive Social Services

The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority is seeking a vendor to provide resident supportive social services to individuals and families in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The agency is attempting to break the cycle of crisis and housing instability for residents facing extreme poverty, trauma, violence, mental illness, addiction, or other chronic health conditions. These high-rise social services aim to preserve housing stability and prevent eviction and homelessness for residents at the greatest risk. The selected vendor must provide mental health support, social support, and crisis intervention services. The scope of work requires the vendor to identify and manage targeted residents on a priority list for longer-term services. Performance of the work can occur either onsite or offsite over a contract period of two years. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to apply for this opportunity.
