The City of McDonough, Georgia is seeking professional consulting services to perform a comprehensive evaluation, restructuring, and modernization of Chapters 15 and 16 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, along with targeted updates to Chapter 17. The agency is trying to solve the problem of outdated regulatory code provisions by aligning, restructuring, and rewriting these specific chapters. The scope of work covers project initiation and kickoff, a comprehensive code assessment, code restructuring and reorganizations, and the drafting and rewrite of Chapters 15 and 16.
