Through this partnership, the agency intends to promote land uses that generate property tax and sales tax revenue, deliver high-quality architecture and streetscapes, and enhance downtown vibrancy and identity. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the project budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
