Local Emergency Response Training Grant Program Assistance Service

The District of Columbia government is seeking a vendor to provide assistance services for the Assistance for Local Emergency Response Training (ALERT) grant program. The agency requires these services to ensure that emergency responders receive properly planned and maintained training to protect people, property, and the environment from hazardous material transportation incidents. This training must align with existing regulations and National Fire Protection standards for hazardous materials responder competence. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all required work offsite.
