The government authority in Fort Myers, Florida requires emergency remediation, mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services on an as-needed basis. The agency needs to solve the problem of damage caused by fire, flood, sewer back-ups, smoke, or mold. To address this, the agency requires continuous coverage twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year. The scope of work covers thorough assessments of affected areas to determine the extent of damage using industry-standard tools and techniques. The selected contractor must provide detailed inspection reports to the Project Manager outlining the required scope of work for restoration. Additionally, the work includes removing soot and smoke residues from surfaces using specialized cleaning agents, deodorizing affected areas to eliminate smoke odors, and performing necessary structural repairs to restore the integrity of buildings and infrastructure. The scope also spans electronic equipment, electronic media, and document recovery and restoration services. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations only. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place onsite in Fort Myers, Florida. Regarding the budget, the agency is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 5, 2026.
