Comprehensive Pavement Condition Assessment and Pavement Management Plan Services

The City of Forest Park, Georgia, requires a comprehensive pavement condition assessment and a pavement management plan. The agency is seeking to identify and document pavement distresses across its roadway network to better manage its transportation infrastructure. The project covers roadway name and segment identification, roadway classification into arterial, collector, or local categories, and the identification of specific pavement distresses including alligator cracking, longitudinal and transverse cracking, block cracking, rutting, potholes, and surface ravelling. The selected contractor must manage the project by conducting a kick-off meeting with City staff, coordinating with Public Works and Clayton County GIS staff, and developing a detailed project schedule. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative, and the resulting contract period will run for one year. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on June 11, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
