Administration of Family Drug Court Services

The Tarrant County government authority located in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a vendor to administer family drug court services. The agency is trying to address cases where a child has been born with a positive test result for drugs or alcohol, as well as cases involving referrals from an individual's legal counsel prior to a child's removal. Judges presiding over Family Courts will utilize these services to support affected families. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to provide housing assistance, employment assistance, educational assistance, mental health services, medical services, childcare assistance, and legal assistance. During the enrollment process, the provider must evaluate each newly enrolled client to determine the best program track for their needs. The vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 29, 2026.
