Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Services

The Tehama County government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive safety action plan services for its traffic and mobility division. This initiative, commonly referred to as Vision Zero, aims to eliminate traffic fatalities and serious injuries. The agency needs a plan that addresses safety for all roadway users, including those driving, walking, biking, and using other modes of travel. The scope of work covers leadership commitment and goal setting, establishing a planning structure, facilitating engagement and collaboration, and developing strategy and project selections. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 15, 2026.
