Professional Environmental Services for Assessment Grant

The City of Mansfield, Louisiana, is seeking a vendor to provide professional environmental services in support of an assessment grant. The selected vendor will assist the Coalition's Project Manager with program development, community outreach, and administrative reporting. The primary goal is to facilitate public engagement and maintain accurate tracking of the grant's progress. The scope of work covers coordinating quarterly public meetings, organizing quarterly stakeholder meetings, and drafting media releases. The vendor must also create outreach materials, including frequently asked questions sheets and presentations. Administrative duties include helping the Project Manager prepare quarterly and annual reports and updating the program database. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the selected vendor to perform all work offsite.
