Development Partner Services

A government authority located in Illinois is seeking a development partner to manage the redevelopment, participation, capacity building, and property management transition of its parcels. The agency needs to solve the challenge of executing a comprehensive site transformation by securing a partner to handle predevelopment activities, including site planning, feasibility analysis, and coordination of all planning and due diligence efforts.
