Comprehensive Autism Program Service

The Derry School District in Derry, New Hampshire, is seeking a qualified vendor to establish and operate a comprehensive autism partner program. The agency needs to provide specialized programming tailored to the unique needs of students who have an educational identification of autism. The primary goal is to facilitate appropriate inclusion for these students within the agency's educational environment. The scope of work covers multiple classrooms at both the elementary and middle school levels to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis instruction. This instruction must span all areas, including life skills and behavior management, while also providing consultation to general education teachers and staff. The selected vendor must provide the necessary staffing to implement the program, including lead teachers and paraprofessional support staff. The program requires monthly meetings with parents and staff to discuss student progress and programming, alongside continuous data collection regarding student progress toward goals. The vendor must develop individualized education programs, evaluations, and progress reports for participating students. Additionally, the vendor must provide training for program staff in data collection, de-escalation techniques, behavioral management techniques, and behavior programming. The contract period will run for one year, and all performance of the work must take place onsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
