Pavement Management Plan Update, Condition Assessment, Policy Development and Support Services

The City of Glendale, California, is seeking a qualified consultant to update its pavement management plan and perform comprehensive condition assessments. The agency needs to evaluate the current state of its sidewalks and overall agency infrastructure to establish a baseline for future maintenance. Through this initiative, the agency aims to develop robust infrastructure policies and establish a framework for conducting future program re-assessments. The scope of work covers updating the pavement management plan, conducting sidewalk and agency condition assessments, developing related policies, and providing ongoing support services. The selected partner must execute the entire scope of work offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States.
