Forward Program Management and Grant Implementation Support Services

The Hudson River-Black River Regulating District, a government authority located in Schuylerville, New York, is seeking a consultant to provide forward program management and grant implementation support services. The authority needs to manage multiple funded components, reporting obligations, and related outside capital activities under a single State contract and compliance structure. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of coordinating these complex elements carefully and methodically, with a strict focus on compliance, documentation, sequencing, communication, and long-term project control. The selected consultant will handle contract administration, reporting, reimbursement, and deliverable tracking.
