Public Infrastructure Services

The City of Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a vendor to provide public infrastructure services to the local government authority. The agency needs to address community development challenges through eligible activities, including area benefit activities, limited clientele activities, and housing activities. The scope of work encompasses the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, installation, and rehabilitation of public facilities. Selected municipal sub-recipients must comply with all Community Development Block Grant requirements. The chosen provider must complete an environmental review that may require publication and approval, and obtain all necessary permits. The agency also requires the establishment of written selection procedures for procurement transactions and written protest procedures to handle and resolve procurement disputes. Bidders must designate a Labor Standards Officer to oversee compliance. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
