RFI for Sports Stadium Development Evaluation Consulting Services

The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking information to identify qualified consultant teams with relevant sports stadium advisory experience. The agency is trying to understand the range of available services to support proposal evaluation, learn about typical scopes of work and deliverables, and obtain preliminary information regarding potential cost structures. This information will inform the development of a future procurement process, if the agency decides to pursue it. The requested scope of work covers independent proposal evaluation, public finance and risk analysis, and economic and fiscal impact reviews. The selected consultant will also provide site and development feasibility considerations and negotiation strategy support. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget and cost structure proposals from respondents to understand potential pricing. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than June 3, 2026.
