The City of Clearwater, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services, including verification testing, inspection, and materials sampling and testing. The agency requires full project administration, coordination, documentation, and quality assurance measures throughout the construction project. The selected vendor must maintain complete and accurate records of all project activities, daily operations, significant events, and project changes. The scope of work requires the vendor to process claim analysis and extra work cost-estimations. The agency also requires baseline and monthly project schedule update analyses, both of which require written responses. Additionally, the vendor must verify the contractor's monthly pay estimates, resolve any disputed quantities, and provide final concurrence within three days after the monthly cut-off. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The vendor must perform the work offsite and carry out the tasks within their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 29, 2026.
