Program Project Management and Technical Services

The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority in San Bernardino, California is seeking professional program and project management consultant services to support the implementation of various transportation projects. The agency requires a consultant to provide project management direction, coordinate the project team, and assure the quality, efficient, and timely completion of all project components. This initiative aims to solve the agency's need for comprehensive oversight, compliance assurance, and technical expertise across its transportation portfolio. The scope of work covers writing, maintaining, reviewing, and auditing project management plans, as well as maintaining and reporting on project scope, cost, and schedule. The selected partner will develop and assure compliance with required criteria and standards, provide value engineering and constructability reviews, and deliver utility mapping, coordination, and agreement preparation assistance. Additional responsibilities include coordinating peer reviews, facilitating partnering sessions, providing risk analysis support, and preparing graphics and visuals. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the contract work to occur offsite.
