Employee Benefits Consultant Service

The government authority located in Springfield, Illinois is seeking an employee benefits consultant to enhance cost-effective employee benefits and expand options for vendor and physician network discounts. The agency requires assistance in obtaining additional opportunities for employee benefit savings and identifying additional services and product offerings for plan participants. The selected partner must develop a comprehensive wellness program that includes healthcare benefits, educational information, incentives, and a disease management component. The scope of work includes assisting in an electronic benefit enrollment for all agency-eligible participants and providing ongoing education and resources for Health Care Reform requirements according to state and federal guidelines. The agency also requires facilitation of a successful audit of its benefit programs, including the ability to identify areas of concern. The consultant must interface with and assist agency representatives in resolving plan participant issues and ensuring overall participant and administration satisfaction with the program. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
