The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive facility condition assessment. The agency requires asset data collection, cost modeling, and regulatory assessments that align with Joint Commission standards to properly manage its physical infrastructure. To establish a baseline, the selected contractor must review existing documentation, including architectural drawings, maintenance logs, life safety plans, capital budgets, and historical assessments.
