Fair Housing Service

The City of Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive fair housing education, outreach, and enforcement services. The agency needs to address housing discrimination by tracking, investigating, and resolving fair housing complaints within participating municipalities. The selected provider must report on the total number, legal basis, and ultimate resolution of all complaints handled during the contract term. The scope of work focuses primarily on fair housing counseling, complaint investigations, and the active enforcement of fair housing laws. Performance of all contracted work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 29, 2026.
