RFI for Medical Countermeasure Candidate Integration and Subcontractor Management Services

The government authority located in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide medical countermeasure candidate integration and subcontractor management services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of identifying and selecting candidates for evaluation, as well as defining the specific nonclinical, clinical, and testing activities to be performed. To support this government-led process, the agency requires the facilitation and collection of standardized data packages from subcontractors to ensure all necessary data is available for the technical evaluation. The scope of work requires the development and monthly maintenance of a detailed Integrated Master Schedule covering the entire program and all subcontractor activities. The selected partner must also develop and submit a Risk Management Plan for government approval. Additionally, the agency requires a Program Manager who possesses demonstrated experience managing complex government contracts, preferably within the medical or drug development field. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be completed onsite. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals, all clarifying questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
