Registered Behavior Technician Services

The Stamford Public Schools district in Stamford, Connecticut requires Registered Behavior Technician services to support students across the entire school district. The selected provider must deliver expert services following a typical five-day work week that aligns with the agency academic calendar. The contracted personnel will assist students by implementing measurement, assessment, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction protocols, as well as managing documentation and reporting. The scope of work covers specific clinical and educational tasks including preparing for data collection and implementing continuous and discontinuous measurement procedures. Personnel must assist with identifying reinforcers, conducting preference assessments, and assisting with individualized curriculum-based, developmental, and social skills assessments. Additional duties include identifying essential components of written skills, utilizing contingencies of reinforcement, identifying components of written behavior reduction plans, and implementing interventions based on antecedent modifications. The agency is restricting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work must be performed onsite at the district locations. The agency is seeking budget proposals for a contract period that will span five years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
