The Gwinnett County government authority in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) services. The selected agency must supply nurses who meet the state minimum licensing requirements and can provide proof of licensure, CPR certifications, and professional references upon request. The agency is also required to have a licensed clinical manager on staff who is available for consultation with the Direct Care Nurse Facilitator and staffed nurses during the school day. The scope of work requires the agency to provide training and orientation for their nurses regarding all necessary medical equipment and procedures. The agency must submit monthly nursing notes for each supported student to a designated representative. Additionally, the agency must handle billing on a monthly basis for ongoing assignments, consolidating all nurse charges onto a single bill. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and all contracted nursing work must be performed onsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine pricing. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 8, 2026.
