Nursing Services

The Winslow Township School District in Utah is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive nursing services to support its students and staff. The district needs one-on-one nursing care for students during school hours, on field trips, and during extracurricular activities, which includes accompanying students on bus transportation to and from school. Additionally, the selected provider will support child study teams, participate in Individualized Education Program meetings as needed, write individual health plans, and train school personnel on specific medical conditions. The scope of work also requires the vendor to provide consistent substitute nursing services for one-on-one nurses, district school nurses, and any non-public schools as requested. The provider must meet with the district administration as required to discuss projects and strategies to meet the needs of the students and the district. Furthermore, the vendor must log all services for the New Jersey State Special Education Medicaid Initiative and perform any additional nursing services as needed by the district.
