Staff Augmentation Project Manager Services

A government authority and college located in Texas is seeking staff augmentation project manager services to support comprehensive facilities upgrades and modifications. These services are specifically associated with the college's 2025 Maintenance Tax Note Project. The selected provider will assist the agency with project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor or trade selection, including evaluating cost estimates provided by construction managers-at-risk. The scope of work requires assisting with contract negotiations, managing project controls and documents, and conducting quality control and quality assurance regarding costs, schedules, constructability, and processes.
