Integral Care in Travis, Texas is seeking temporary pharmacy staffing services to support safe, effective, and continuous pharmacy operations. The agency requires qualified personnel to handle medication dispensing and verification in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Temporary staff must also provide patient and caregiver medication counseling and maintain accurate documentation within the agency's electronic medical record and pharmacy systems. The scope of work requires a comprehensive staffing model and deployment approach for both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. This model must address standard scheduling as well as short-notice or urgent staffing requests. The agency needs to understand the provider's ability to respond to emergent versus routine requests, including anticipated response times for each scenario. The selected provider must manage all recruitment, screening, and licensure verification processes for the pharmacy personnel. This includes conducting criminal background checks and defining the frequency and standards applied to these screenings. Additionally, the agency requires robust timekeeping and attendance accountability processes to capture, review, approve, and submit hours worked. The provider must implement controls to ensure timekeeping accuracy, prevent unauthorized hours, and resolve any discrepancies. To be eligible for this opportunity, the provider must perform all work onsite and be located onshore within the United States. The contract period will span one year.
