OT, PT, Itinerant Speech Therapy, TVI, and Itinerant Special Education Teacher Services

The City School District of Albany, New York, is seeking vendors to provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, itinerant speech therapy, teacher of the visually impaired, and itinerant special education teacher services. The agency requires these services for students attending district schools, private schools, parochial schools, charter schools, and those receiving home-based instruction. The selected providers will deliver classroom and program services, small-group classroom IEP consultation services, and individual or group IEP/504 services, including services for home-based students and summer programs. The scope of work also encompasses professional development for classroom and district staff on topics such as sensory integration and toileting. Additionally, the agency requires vendors to maintain Google classrooms and provide both synchronous and asynchronous recorded sessions, including supplemental materials for absent or remote students. All contracted work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
